Subcontractor Prequalification
NV2A Group has partnered with COMPASS for our Subcontractor Prequalification Program.
This change is effective as of 11/17/2025.
Your information is to be submitted annually into COMPASS. You will need the following documents:
- W9
- Project References
- Experience Modification Rating (EMR)
- OSHA 300/300A Forms
- Financial Statements
- Banking, Bonding, and Insurance Information
COMPASS is a secure, web-based application designed to allow subcontractors to efficiently satisfy prequalification requests from multiple GCs by completing a single prequalification form (COMPASS 1Form).
