Our leadership and key staff have delivered many of Miami’s landmark buildings and vital infrastructure projects throughout their professional careers, including terminals, aprons, airside and landside facilities, site utilities and MEP+FP systems, baggage systems, cargo buildings and other transportation systems totaling more than $3 Billion in capital improvements at Miami International Airport – third busiest international airport in the United States.

We are also transforming the skyline of Miami with sophisticated passenger terminals at PortMiami. Our team has become a trusted partner to major cruise lines and authorities having jurisdiction in South Florida through reliable and safety-driven construction programs. We deliver facilities that serve the needs of port tenant users with speed to market and the public’s enjoyment as our goals. Our most recent accomplishment in this space is the new Terminal B for Norwegian Cruise Lines. Through a positive customer experience, Norwegian assigned us a Task Order-based contract to build their new private island in the Bahamas, including new facilities and supporting infrastructure for water, sewer, and power systems.
