The project is a new 7-story precast parking garage structure on the East side of the Baptist Hospital Miami (BHM) campus, south of the existing Emergency Department parking garage at the corner of SW 92nd Street and 87th Avenue. The garage has capacity for 1,380 parking spaces with 293 EV-ready parking spaces, and four (4) elevators to access storage and offices.
