Bayview Student Living is a 9-story, 203,000 SF, state-of-the-art student housing facility located on Florida International University’s Biscayne Bay campus. At 410 beds in 154 apartments, Bayview offer students full kitchens and private bedrooms in fully furnished studio, two-bedroom/two-bathroom, and four-bedroom/two-bathroom units with spectacular Miami skyline and bay views. Individual apartments include a built-in breakfast bar, central heat and A/C, dishwashers, energy-efficient appliances, granite countertops and faux hardwood floors. All apartments are fully furnished and include features such as USB chargers in desks and bedroom headboards. Amenities include a sky lounge, four classrooms, study halls, game room, 24-hours fitness center, laundry facility, business center with computers, and resort-style swimming pool with cabanas. The project was developed through a public-private partnership with Servitas, a privately owned company focused exclusively on student housing development and property management. Bayview is Green Globes certified.
