The Gulliver Preparatory School’s Marian C. Krutulis K-8 Campus is located on the Northeast corner of Red Road and Campamento Ave, in the City of Coral Gables. Gulliver selected NV2A Group to provide Construction Management services to deliver a new 2-story Innovation Center building of 45,000 SF, with 37,000 SF of at-grade ventilated parking area under level one and general assembly and educational areas on the ground and second floors. The project required the demolition of several existing buildings and ancillary structures, and clearing and preparation of the areas for the subsequent construction of the new building.  The project achieved LEED Silver accreditation.
