Gulliver’s Upper Campus in Pinecrest deployed its Northwest Campus Master Plan, consisting of a multi-phased development aiming to bring an enhanced experience to students, faculty and visitors. NV2A served as Construction Manager for this important project. Our team conducted significant site improvements including the demolition of the Church building and ancillary structures, as well as the construction of three new buildings and a new football practice field. The new buildings have been successfully delivered:

• Collaborative Learning Building: A new state-of-the-art classroom building that complements and elevates the current academic program and curriculum with collaborative educational spaces designed to optimize students’ opportunities for learning and advancement.
• Athletic Complex: The new building provides for a gymnasium, elevated indoor track, associated locker rooms, staff offices, training and weight room facilities, concessions, and support facilities.
• Parking and Support Services Building: A new precast concrete parking garage designed to accommodate 250 parking spaces with associated service and support areas including maintenance storage and offices.

The delivery of this complex was safely and successfully achieved with minimal interruption to school operations through a strong partnership with every stakeholder involved.
