Delivered by NV2A, in joint venture with Lemartec, this world-class facility will feature dedicated systems while maintaining multi-vessel functionality. Designed as a single-berth terminal, it will accommodate up to 7,000 passengers, enabling efficient embarkation and disembarkation through the integration of the latest advancements in cruise terminal construction, energy efficiency, and seamless user experience.

The multi-level terminal design strategically separates passenger flow by floor, optimizing circulation and reducing congestion throughout embarkation and disembarkation. This approach minimizes wait times, eliminates bottlenecks, and ensures a streamlined process for cruise passengers, crew, and transportation services. The scope of work includes not only the new cruise terminal building but also a multi-story parking garage with ground-level bus parking and designated passenger drop-off areas—reflecting the joint venture’s expertise in large-scale transportation infrastructure projects.
