Optima Onyx is a 29-story, high-rise commercial tower located in Hallandale Beach, Florida. The project has a total of 709,503 SF and comprises a nine-story parking garage (390,514 SF), a two-story financial building (23,757 SF), and a twenty-story office tower (295,232 SF) above the garage. The project includes 272,302 SF of office space, 12,508 SF of bank space, 1,767 SF for a café, 47,650 SF for garden and reflecting pool decks on the fifth and ninth floors, and 851 parking spaces, located in the basement and in the garage at the base of the building. MEP services are located on level 1 of both the tower and garage structure as well as the roof of the tower. Green materials and sustainable construction methods were employed for the construction of Optima Onyx, and the tower achieved LEED Platinum accreditation from the U.S. Green Building Council.
