NV2A is responsible for preconstruction and construction services of the new 4-story Keeley Pavilion Medical Building with a freestanding 6-story Parking Garage No. 13 located at the West side of the Baptist Hospital Campus. The Keeley Pavilion will be home of the Al and Jane Nahmad Women’s Cancer Center. The project features spaces for Diagnostics (Imaging), exam rooms, medical offices, Café, Boutique, Administration, Common Lobby, six elevators, among other amenities. The Parking Garage 13 is a precast structure with architectural panels, four elevators, green walls, generator, fire pump, water booster pump to serve both buildings, and parking spaces for 1,093 vehicles, include EV spaces.
