The 750,000 SF project included 169 hotel rooms, 33 penthouse condominium residences, and 25 private residence club suites. Facilities and amenities included ocean view terraces, a two story 22,000 SF spa, a restaurant, an outdoor café, a ballroom, a 29,000 SF landscaped pool deck with an infinity pool, beach cabanas and sports activity center. The interior amenities of deluxe units included customized European wood kitchens, marble bathrooms, and marble floors throughout.
