Gulliver Collaborative Learning Building

The Northwest campus master plan site improvements include the demolition of the Church building and ancillary structures, as well as the construction of three new buildings, a new football/practice field, and site work. The three new buildings are:

  • Collaborative Learning Building: In alignment with the campus master plan, the second phase of the development includes a new state-of-the-art Campus Collaborative Learning Building with a new collaborative educational studio classroom. The new facility is designed to complement and elevate the current academic program and curriculum with collaborative educational spaces designed to optimize students’ opportunities for learning and advancement.
  • Athletic Complex: The new athletic complex provides for a gymnasium, elevated indoor track, associated locker rooms, staff offices, training and weight room facilities, concessions, and support facilities.
  • Parking and Support Services Building: A new precast concrete parking garage is designed to accommodate about 250 parking spaces with associated service and support areas. Additional planned campus support areas include maintenance storage and office areas.
